Real estate has been and will always be a great investment, regardless of the market, and it is satisfying work helping first-time buyers or seasoned investors with their real estate needs. I have bought and sold real estate for my personal needs and as investment properties, and understand the process from a buyer and seller perspective.

I am a licensed Realtor® with Joe L. Davis, Inc., Realtors®, working with residential, acreage, citrus and commercial properties. I began my real estate career at Joe L. Davis, Inc., Realtors_® in 1996 working with the on-staff state certified appraiser, and obtained my real estate salesperson license in 2001. I held the office of RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) Chairman for the Wauchula Board of Realtors for five years, and am a notary public for the state of Florida.

I believe that serving in the community where you live and work is an important part of giving back. I recently completed two terms on the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors serving as secretary and currently am a member of the Wauchula Woman’s Club. I also had the pleasure of working for many years on the Main Street Wauchula executive board, and was a volunteer reader for a first-grade classroom.

I have been a Hardee County resident since 1995, having lived in Ohio, New York, Illinois and Montana. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and attended the University of Toledo majoring in Business Administration/Marketing.
